Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy

At Noble Heist, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience — from checkout to delivery, and even if you need to make a return. Please read the information below carefully.

Shipping Information

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

  • Domestic orders (Indonesia): Estimated delivery within 2–7 business days.
  • International orders: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

3. Customs & Import Duties

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Customs policies vary widely by country; please check with your local customs office for more details.

4. Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

At Noble Heist, we want you to enjoy every moment on and off the court. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right. By placing an order on the Noble Heist online store, you agree to be bound by our Return & Refund Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not complete your purchase.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what I ordered?

If you receive a damaged/defective product or an item that does not match your order, please do not remove the tags, seals, or ID card procedures, and keep the product in its original packaging.

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide the following:
    • Order ID, order date, and delivery date
    • Product(s) and quantity
    • Reason for the return
    • Mandatory unboxing video (unedited, from the moment you open the package)
    • Detailed photos of the product to show the problem.

Our team will guide you with instructions and provide a Return Approval Code before you proceed and return the product.

Any request for return, whether due to defects, wrong items, or missing items, must be made within 7 calendar days after you receive your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at [@nobleheist.com] with the required details.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Approval Code and return instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all hang tags, seals, and ID card procedures intact.

Ship the product back to the address provided.

Please note:
return shipping to our warehouse is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or isn’t what you ordered.

  • Send the AWB (Air Waybill) number and photos of the return package to our Customer Care team.
  • Once received, all returned products will be inspected by our Quality Control team.
  • If your return passes our quality control inspection, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the details of your replacement shipment. Please note that we can only proceed with reshipping once this confirmation has been sent
  • Penalty may be applied if product did not pass inspection.

You may refund your product only if:

  • The product received are damaged
  • The product received does not match the product purchased.
  • Though we will always maintain high level quality control policy, product may not always be in 100% condition. Some 0.1% defect may still happend to the product and not included in the return policy.

If you request an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped 7 business days after your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes Quality Control inspection.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued according to the invoice.

  • Only purchases from the official Noble Heist online store are eligible.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, seals, and ID card procedures intact.
  • Unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all return/refund/exchange claims.
  • Products returned without a valid Return Approval Code will not be processed.
  • Items damaged by misuse, negligence, or improper use (e.g., rackets used on unsuitable surfaces, shoes used outside their intended purpose) will not be accepted.

Products are inspected by our Quality Control team within 7 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
If approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after confirmation to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Return shipping to our warehouse is the buyer’s responsibility however you will be reimbursed. Noble Heist will cover the cost of sending the replacement product back to you.
